New Mexico Off-Highway Advisory Board Meeting

If you are interested in participating and providing comments are encouraged to pre-register at https://us02web.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_TAtuS64-TNaTwRSIdRRDbQ, to attend the meeting on the Zoom Webinar platform. When you register you will be asked if you wish to provide public comment. This will assist the OHVAB Chair to manage more effective public communication. Comments may be allowed on each item at the OHV Advisory Board Chair’s discretion. Those who desire to address the OHV Advisory Board and who claim to represent an organization must provide the following information: the number of members in the organization, frequency of the organization’s meeting and either a signed statement from that organization’s president that states the organization has discussed the topic and approved the position that the representative is presenting, or proof that they are a registered lobbyist for the organization. No props or costumes will be permitted.
The meeting will be live streamed in the YouTube video player on this page and on our YouTube Channel at http://www.youtube.com/NMGameandFish. Comments will not be taken on YouTube.

Apr20SatOff-Highway Motorcycle Safety Class @ City of Albuquerque Shooting Range ParkApr 20 @ 9:00 am – 4:30 pmNew Mexico Department of Game and Fish Off-Highway Vehicle Program staff will present an off-highway motorcycle safety class hosted by City of Albuquerque Parks & Recreation. Students will earn the safety permit required for off-highway vehicle operators under the age of 18 years. Dirt bikes and safety gear are available for use during the class.

Space is limited – all students must have a free account with the Department of Game and Fish (https://onlinesales.wildlife.state.nm.us/). Students must be at least 6 years of age.Apr27SatATV safety class @ New Mexico Department of Game & Fish Southeast Area Office, Roswell, NMApr 27 @ 9:30 am – 3:00 pmNew Mexico Department of Game and Fish Off-Highway Vehicle Program staff will present an ATV safety class at the Department’s Southeast Area Office in Roswell, New Mexico. Students completing the class receive the safety permit required for off-highway vehicle operators under the age of 18 years on public lands. Students under the age of 18 will also receive a free helmet and goggles. ATVs and safety gear will be available for use during the class.
Registration Details:
Students must be at least 6 years of age. Space is limited – all students must already have or must create a free account with the Department of Game and Fish (https://onlinesales.wildlife.state.nm.us/), and register prior to the class to ensure that each student will have an age- and size-appropriate training ATV available.Subscribe to filtered calendar
