"Wild" Gila trout populations in the following waters are open to limited angling

  • Iron Creek Open Year-round - Two fish bag limit, Single hook/artificial lure
  • Mogollon Creek Open July 1 - Oct 31- Catch and Release, Single hook/artificial lure

 

Anglers on these "wild" creeks must have a free registration.

Hatchery Gila trout are stocked into the following waters - no registration required

  • Willow and Gilita Creeks - 2 Gila trout bag limit - no limit on brown trout
  • Gila Forks Winter Trout Area - Regular trout bag limit (5 trout any species)
  • Sapillo Creek - Regular trout bag limit (5 trout any species)
