A Field Day course is an accelerated instructor-led hunter education course and is for students 10 years of age and older. Students under 11 must have a parent/adult present with them during class. This course incorporates less lecture and review and adds more hands-on components and a live fire component. All students MUST complete the Today’s Hunter student manual homework before class. Students can pick up a free hard copy manual at Albuquerque Game and Fish Office, 7816 Alamo Rd. NW, Albuquerque, NM 87120, or the manual can be downloaded for free at anytime from, hunter-ed.com/newmexico/manual/. Students are required to turn in their completed manual worksheets and a signed parent authorization to participate in the live fire portion upon arrival to class.

Registration Details:

Registration opens on April 24, and is conducted online through the students Customer Id Number (CIN) Account. Once in the account, click on “Hunter Education,” then click the “Register for Hunter Ed Classes” button and follow the prompts.
