Lincoln County – The Department of Game and Fish is seeking information on an elk that was illegally killed on June 4, 2016 in Game Management Unit 36 near Ruidoso Downs. The elk had been shot a few days prior to June 4th and the hind quarters, right shoulder and right back strap were removed.
The Department is offering a $750 rewards for information leading to charges being filed.
