New Mexico Department of Game and Fish Aquatic Education program staff will be fly fishing with the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Taos at Sipapu Ski Resort Pond. This event is closed to the public.
The New Mexico Department of Game and Fish in conjunction with New Mexico Outdoor Adventures will host a Tiger Muskie Fishing Camp, at Bluewater Lake State Park, on June 14-16, 2024. Campers will be provided with everything from instruction to gear to meals. Campers will need to provide their own fishing licenses, tent or wheeled camper, sleeping bag, and sleeping pad. We will have a reserved group camping area at the State Park. Open to families and individuals with previous fishing experience but that have never fished for Tiger Muskie.
Registration will open at 8 am on Wednesday, May 22, 2024. It will close when the camp is full. Please only register if you have not previously attended this camp. Those under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
