Thank you for your interest in doing business with the New Mexico Department of Game and Fish.

If you are not registered as a vendor with the State of New Mexico, please fill out the attached

W-9 Form  and send it with your bid. To do business with the State of New Mexico, you should register and set up an account with the State Purchasing Division. The State Purchasing Division website will offer instructions on how to register, or to check your account profile if you are already registered. You will receive direct notices from the system by email ONLY IF you have properly registered.

You will want to make sure the Commodity Codes you selected are complete and accurate. If you need assistance registering as a vendor with the State Purchasing Division, please call the help desk at (505) 827-0467.

Federal SAMs Check (System of Award Management): If a vendor is planning on doing business with the State of New Mexico/Department of Game and Fish and the procurement/Purchase Order (PO) involves Federal Funds over $25K the vendor must be registered by the Federal Government through SAMs. After a successful registration and verification, the vendor must maintain a status of ‘ACTIVE’ throughout the course of the procurement. If the procurement is a professional service contract and involves Federal Funds/Grants, the vendor must be register regardless of the purchase order dollar amount. There is NO cost to register.
