This event is for the 4th graders of Texaco Public Schools. The fishing workshops will consist of safety, knots, equipment, and casting. We will go fishing at Ned Hauk Pond in Clovis.
The NMDGF Aquatic Education program will will be doing a Trout in the Classroom, Aquatic Education Presentation to 78 3rd and 4th graders.

The NMDGF Aquatic Education program will be practicing casting, putting together fishing rigs and fishing with 80 mid-schoolers from 21st Century Public Academy, Albuquerque, NM.

The New Mexico Department of Game and Fish’s aquatic education program will present a Trout in the Classroom Aquatic Education presentation entitled “How Fish Use Their Senses To Survive.” There will be 140 elementary students in attendance.
