The New Mexico Department of Game and Fish Aquatic Education program will be conducting a benthic macro-invertebrate aquatic insect lab program, as well as fishing with Santa Fe Home School Community on May 22, 2024. The event is closed to the public.

Department staff will be teaching a fishing lesson to three different elementary school classes that are participating in the Trout in the Classroom (TIC) program. The students will be learning how to assemble rods, tie knots, bait hooks, cast safely and catch, land and release fish. This event is closed to the public.
