Deadline: 2019-20 Harvest Report (Avoid Application Rejection)

Deadline to submit 2019–20 harvest reports for Barbary sheep, ibex, javelina, oryx and trapper license holders to be eligible for big-game licenses. Results can be reported online or by telephone.

Failure to report for these species by this date will result in rejection of all applications. An $8 late fee applies after April 7, 2020. Remember to keep your confirmation number.

The New Mexico Department of Game and Fish is providing an Off-Highway Vehicle safety training presentation to public schools in New Mexico utilizing the robotic Safety Sam/Sara. The presentation will be held during the normal school session and is closed to the public. The training is free of charge to the school.

Fisheries Monitoring on the Jemez River @ Valles Caldera and Hummingbird Music Camp

River Source will work with students to participate in fisheries monitoring at two locations on the Jemez River. There will be 25 students present from Los Alamos Middle School. Staffing will be provided by Department contractors, Richard Schrader and Carlos Herrera. The students will compare data collected on fish health and compare upstream and downstream results.
